About the Initiative

Ahsan Legal Services (ALS) has launched a structured Pro Bono Legal Aid Program to provide legal assistance to individuals who are unable to pursue their rights due to financial constraints.

This initiative reflects our commitment to ensuring that access to justice remains available to all—irrespective of financial capacity.

Scope of Assistance

• Inheritance & succession disputes
• Family law (maintenance, custody, dissolution of marriage)
• Basic civil rights matters
• Cases involving genuine financial hardship
• False criminal cases
• Workshops, trainings and seminars on legal awareness

Commercial and corporate disputes are generally excluded unless exceptional circumstances exist.

Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrated financial hardship
• Presence of a legitimate legal right or claim
• Willingness to cooperate throughout proceedings

Case Selection Policy

ALS reviews all applications independently and selects a limited number of cases each month based on merit, urgency, and available capacity.

Only selected applicants will be contacted.
